If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers, Naughty Corner shall have the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product in question at the incorrect price. In the event that your order is cancelled and payment has been made, an immediate refund will be issued.

Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
Step 2
Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button
on the shopping cart page. No enter your name and the address details that
we require to process your order. Once you have filled in all your details
on this page, click the "Continue" button.
Step 3
The final screen in the checkout process is the payment details page. Here
you can check over your order and edit your delivery details if they are
incorrect. Once you are happy that all details are correct, simply enter
your payment option and click only once on the "Process Order" button.
You can rest assured that all your information

will now be directed to the order confirmation page. An email will
also be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. If
you do not received this email within a few minutes chances are there
has been an issue with the email address you have provided. If you

your chosen method of payment was;
"Credit
Card" & "Paypal Instant" your card will be charged and your order shipped asap,
unless there was an issue with the card details you supplied. If there
are any problems processing your credit card we will contact you via
phone, email and/or sms to try to fix the issue. In most cases this
can be easily fixed by confirming the details with you. The majority
of errors we receive are for incorrect numbers or expiry dates, so
its a good idea to double check your numbers before submitting
your order.
"Direct
Deposit", "Paypal eCheque " you
will need to follow the appropriate link on the order confirmation
page OR from the email you receive to complete your payment. Orders
will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed, which can take
2 to 7 days

on your
financial institution. If you wish to recieve your order faster we would suggest using Paypal instant payment or Credit Card.
"Money
Order" you will need to obtain a money order from any Australia
Post branch and send it to us. Please make sure you have the money
order made out to Ezy Corner and post to PO Box 464, Port Adelaide

We
offer fast, inexpensive and discreet delivery through the Australia
Post Express Network. Your order will be delivered in Australia
Post Express packaging with supplier details as Ezy
Corner. The packaging will contain no reference to the
products contained within. You will receive an email notification
when your order has been shipped, this will include the Australia
Post tracking number and contact details. Products too large
to be shipped via Express Post will be shipped using Australian
Registered Post.

Where do you deliver to?

When can i expect delivery?
Once your order has been processed (allow 24 business hours) it will arrive
next business day within the Australia
Post Express Network. Areas
outside of this network can expect delivery within 2-3 days. Orders placed
after 7am (AEST) will be processed the following business day.
What if I'm not home to accept delivery?
If there is no one to accept delivery, your package will be taken to the
nearest Australia Post Office. A card will be left allowing you to
collect your delivery at your convenience. If your order is too large
to send via the post your delivery confirmation email will advise that
it has been sent via Courier (TNT, AAE). If there is no one to accept
delivery, your order will be taken to the nearest delivery centre.
A card will be left advising you who to contact to organise pick-up.
Can I check the status of my order?

What happens if my order cannot be processed with 24 business hours?
If your order is going to take longer than 24 business hours to process, for example your item is not in stock, you will contacted by phone and/or email, asking you to respond with one of the following options:
- I accept the new delivery date and wish to continue with my order
- I wish to change my order to a similar product. (a list similar products will be advised in the email)
- I do not wish
to continue with my order
Will my order be sent before payment has been received?
No. Orders paid by Direct Deposit, Paypal eCheque and Money Order will
only be sent once payment has been received and confirmed. This may
take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. If you wish to recieve your order faster
we would suggest using Paypal instant payment or Credit Card.
Lingerie

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of our lingerie. In order for Naughty
Corner to offer a large selection of quality lingerie it is not always
possible for us to have all our items, including all sizes in stock.
Rest assured that your order will be sent via the Australia Post express
network immediately it is received from our supplier located in Sydney
(usually within 3-4 days).
If you have combined your lingerie order with one or many of our adult
toys we will ship your adult sex toys immediately
and then you lingerie when it arrives. You will only ever be charged
the once off shipping fee of $9.90.

Naughty
Corner does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, however we do aim to
maintain
customer
confidence through our high level of customer service. We offer a 12
day REPLACEMENT warranty for products with manufacturing faults. The
customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the faulty
product to us. When returning faulty products the customer MUST include
all original packaging if possible.
We treat our refunds/returns on a case by case basis. Upon receipt of the returned product it will be examined and if deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault you will be offered a replacement. Once a product has been used it becomes ineligible for refund or exchange. Please note the postage cost is not refundable once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Before you send back any product you MUST contact us at contact@naughtycorner.com.au and inform us in detail of the problem you are having with your product. Failure to comply with this may result in time delays and you product being returned.
Because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy as only items which are found to be faulty will be replaced.
We would also ask you to perform a few simple checks as often a simple solution will solve your problems.
- Make sure you have
the batteries in correctly (this is the most common cause of malfunction).
We recommend Heavy Duty non Alkaline Batteries.
- Make sure the cap
is tightly closed (especially for waterproof products).
- Check battery contacts,
springs can sometimes compress (extend them a little).
